If we are unable to deliver the full quantity of your order (for example, when increasing Instagram followers or TikTok likes), we automatically refund the value of the undelivered quantity to your MEDIXSMM balance. Example: you bought 10,000 followers for $10, and only 9,000 were delivered, so $1 (the value of the remaining 1,000) is refunded directly to your balance.

The Dripfeed feature in MEDIXSMM lets you run the same follower or likes growth order automatically in several batches, spaced out over time intervals you set yourself, instead of sending the full quantity all at once.

Example: if you want 1000 likes on an Instagram post at a rate of 100 likes every 30 minutes, you set: Link - Quantity: 100 - Runs: 10 - Interval: 30 (in minutes).

Important note: don't request a quantity larger than the service's maximum allowed amount (Quantity × Runs), and don't set the interval shorter than the service's actual start time, or your order will fail.

To get it: open the video on YouTube from a browser, go to the comments section, right-click the timestamp shown next to the commenter's name (such as "1 day ago") and choose "Copy link address." A correct comment link always contains the &lc= code at the end — that's the link you enter in the service's link field.
