Terms & Policies

We work hard to deliver high-quality services with fast delivery. To get the best result for your order, please note the following:

• Delivery times in service descriptions are estimates and may vary with order volume and platform updates.
• The account or post must stay public, not private, for the whole delivery period. Orders on private accounts are not refilled or canceled.
• Double-check the link before placing an order. Orders sent to a wrong link cannot be refunded.
• Do not place more than one order for the same link and the same service before the first one is completed, as the system cannot tell them apart.
• We do not guarantee that new followers will interact with your content. We only guarantee delivery of the quantity you ordered.
• Some services may see a natural drop due to platform updates. Services with a refill guarantee are refilled within the guarantee period stated in their description.

• Funds added to your balance are not refunded to your payment method, but can be used for any service on the website.
• If an order is not delivered or is canceled by us, its full amount is returned to your balance automatically.
• If an order is partially completed, the amount for the undelivered quantity is returned to your balance.
• An order cannot be refunded once it has started or been completed, or if the mistake is on the customer's side, such as a wrong link, a private account or a changed username.
• Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment gateway without contacting us first will result in a permanent account suspension.
• For any issue with an order, contact us through support tickets and we will review it as soon as possible.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

• Data we collect: your name and email when you register, order links, and your order and balance history.
• Payments: payments are processed by external payment gateways, and we do not store your card details on our servers.
• How we use data: only to process your orders, manage your account and contact you about it.
• Sharing: we do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Cookies: we use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as language.
• Your rights: you can ask us to update your data or delete your account at any time through support tickets.
